What is V Pizza’s Return Policy?
All purchases on https://shipvpizza.com/ are final sale. If one of your delivered items arrives damaged or spoiled, our team will work to determine an appropriate solution.
Please reach out at vshipped@vpizza.com to resolve the issue, showing proof of purchase and damage within 7 days of delivery.
My Frozen Items Arrived Damaged. What should I do?
We apologize for this inconvenience! We understand that sometimes items get damaged in transit and are unable to be enjoyed the Napolitano Way! We are committed to resolving this situation promptly.
Please contact us at vshipped@vpizza.com, along with details related to the damage. Please share a photo highlighting the area of concern within 7 days of delivery.
My V Pizza order is missing something or contains the wrong menu item(s).
Please contact our team within 7 days of delivery by sending an email to vshipped@vpizza.com, including the following information:
- Your V Pizza Order #
- Name of the missing or incorrect item(s)
- Any photos that may help to identify the missing or incorrect item(s)
Our pizzaiolos do their very best to pack your order to perfection! We understand that sometimes ~ship~ happens, and we will work to resolve your issue as quickly as possible.
My order arrived thawed or warmer than expected.
All of us at V Pizza take great pride in ensuring the proper packaging and safe shipment of your order. However, it's important to note that external factors, such as extreme temperatures, may impact the condition of frozen items, despite our careful efforts.
If you have additional questions about the condition of your order, or you believe that your order is not safe to eat, please send photos of your packaged items to vshipped@vpizza.com within 7 days of delivery. V Pizza is not responsible for orders that are damaged due to extreme seasonal temperatures. However, we address each concern on a case-by-case basis and are happy to assist.
